Who we are

Future Bound IT Ltd is a Unified Communications and IT company specialising in IT services and support for legal, financial and public sector organisations.

We are based in the South West and London, England, with offices in Shoreditch, aka the Silicon Roundabout. We were founded in 2015 and became a limited company in 2018. We have over 15 years of experience in the IT sector. We are an IBM business partner and managed service provider.

We work regionally, nationally and internationally, delivering video conferencing, networking, collaboration solutions, leading practice management software, private cloud, artificial intelligence,  automation and network security solutions for small to enterprise-level businesses.

Our Mission at Future Bound IT

We’re a small business with big ideas. Our mission is to deliver innovative  IT solutions with a level of service that we would expect to receive ourselves. Our team is based in the UK and overseas allowing for global reach.

We have a track record of improving service levels and helping companies adapt to change by providing scalable technology solutions that help achieve long and short-term business goals.

We work as an extension of your existing teams delivering projects on time, on budget and exceeding your expectations while also offering longer-term solutions to support and develop your business.

Our Social Responsibility

As a forward-thinking company, we’ve worked with organisations such as Acorn and support refugee rights and other progressive social movements and causes.  Following the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, we worked with UK Mutual Aid to develop an application to assist volunteers and support the most vulnerable in our society.

This was an ongoing project you can read more about in our case studies section. Like with everything we do, it was a  labour of love and we remained committed to its success.

In late 2021 we worked with Hammersmith United Charities on a digital transformation project and in 2023 worked with the grant-making trust foundation the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust which has allowed for the development of our consultancy services  and shows our commitment to social responsibility.

We’re firm believers in giving something back to local communities so in 2025 will aim to donate to a charity or community-driven project once every quarter. We are introducing AI solutions into our portfolio and are aligned with IBM’s ethics pillars.
